As a native Southern Californian, Dawn has a love for quality, comfortable fabrics with a coastal bohemian style. Dawn is a believer in expressing one’s personality and individuality through fashion, creating your own style, and dressing for comfort while feeling sexy and sophisticated.
Dawn and Tom McKnight opened the first Blue Eyed Girl in January, 2004. With the success of their boutique, Dawn and Tom expanded Blue Eyed Girl over the last seven years to include three additional locations throughout Southern California plus an online store. Today, there are Blue Eyed Girl boutiques in Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Santa Barbara, and San Juan Capistrano.
Blue Eyed Girl is filled with unique, high quality clothing, including premium denim, knits and sweaters, silk tops, ultra-soft tees, dresses, shoes, fine jewelry, accessories, and gifts. Top designers such as Hudson Jeans, Joie, Saint Grace, Johnny Was, Gypsy 05, WILDFOX, Free People, AG Jeans, and Michael Stars are just some of the many lines carried in Blue Eyed Girl stores.
As a boutique owner Dawn wants to give her customers the ultimate in quality boutique customer service and knowledge. A positive customer experience is very important to Dawn. She believes all customers should experience a comfortable, relaxing shopping environment with friendly, helpful service.
