Although it’s felt like summer for the past week or so (more like as long as I can remember), Spring is right around the corner and its time to tone up! As you all know, we OCSR girls love us some LOVE SWEAT FITNESS. Katie kicks our butts a couple times a week, but what’s even better is she kicks our butts even when she’s not around.
Katie has been doing monthly challenges for over a year now and they’re always different. One month you get abs, the next arms, and this month its all about the booty!
