Hair Trends, or Here to Stay?
Each season I’m excited to see all the new trends, including beauty and hair; but what I’ve noticed over the years is there are a few hair styles that are trending every season; Beach Waves, Braids, Buns, Ponytails, and Bombshell Blowouts. So I ask… Are these hair styles trends or timeless? For me the answer is timeless. What do you think? I don’t see any of these styles going out of fashion-ever. When you can go back decades for inspiration on subtle variations of these looks, they are not trends. So I’m not sure why the industry keeps call them “trends” but none the less it gives all of us fashion lovers something to talk about.
What I enjoy about all these looks is if you have medium length or long hair you can try all of them. Having versatility in your hair gives you the ability to try new styles. Although if you’re anything like me you have your go-to hair style.
BEACH/BOHO WAVES
Natural texture and girl made beach waves has been trending every spring/summer season for years, and there’s a reason-it’s effortless and chic. This style pairs perfectly with your off duty looks.
BRAIDS
We’ve all loved braids since we were girls. There are so many ways to wear braids it seem limitless. From tiny brains to elaborate braids, this is a great way to add texture to your look.
BUNS
I love buns! This is the best way to deal with “day after hair”.
PONY TAILS
How can a ponytail be a trend? I’m just saying….
BOMBSHELL BLOWOUTS
