Why this works in the OC: Boho please! It’s that time of year “Coachella Season” where the gals of the OC go boho crazy. For me personally I love bohemian style but I need it be a bit more “grown up”. And that is precisely what I love about this look. It’s effortless (my favorite) and cool with the serious boho vibe all us OC gals seem to love.
My favorite ponchos are 16th Colony by Renee Rodgers, just in case your looking for a cool one for Coachella or just to cruise about the streets of the OC. As for flared jeans (currently obsessed) my new favorites are McGuire denim and can be found at least two of my favorite boutiques, Red Fox (Laguna Beach) & Bardot (Newport Beach). A quick stylist tip on flared jeans…. Make sure to balance the bells/flares with chunky wedges, clogs or boots.
