Love Sweat Fitness Launches Hot Body Sweat Guide & Meal Plan

 

with SoCal’s hottest Influencers at Fig & Olive, Newport Beach

Our idea of the perfect date… A beautiful day sipping champagne & sangria, chatting about living a healthy balanced life, all while being surrounded by major babes and the cutest decor ever.

Katie Dunlop, creator of Love Sweat Fitness, is not only our personal trainer, but our friend. We are so proud of all of her accomplishments, and we were honored when she asked us to be apart of this event! Our vision for the LSF Hot Body Guides Launch party came to life before our eyes last Thursday. Surrounded by some of SoCal’s top influencers, Katie shared her journey and educated us on her new 8 week Hot body Sweat Guide and 4 week Meal plan.

As much as I could go on and on about the LSF Hot Body event, and how amazing it was, I’ll let the photos, and this video, do the talking! But before that..

I want to give a major THANK YOU to Joy n’ Company for their AMAZING tablescape and decor design. (Make sure to stay tuned for a fun post on how to recreate this yourself!) We’re still talking about how fabulous it was days later. And Seven Stems for helping choose the florals.

Thank you to Fig & Olive for hosting us and providing a delicious, healthy lunch.
