A Bridal Collaboration with Hemp and Wood
We are very excited to share our bridal collaboration with Hemp and Wood. I had the pleasure to meet owner and designer of Hemp and Wood, Summer Meddock at the very first Riot Social Club. Summer had a vision for showcasing Hemp and Wood’s Bridal Collection and kicking off their Photography Partnership Program. Together we assembled a talented team of creatives to make Summers vision of collaboration and partnership a reality. Enjoy!

There are so many elements that go into a creative collaboration, and it’s the photographers job to capture the vision through his or her lens. Daniel Han of Snapmotive is amazing! Daniel beautifully captured the effortless bridal beauty in every detail. It’s Daniel’s talent that allows the rest of our combined talents to shine though the images.
HAIR & MAKEUP
Style as well as collaborations are the sum of all their parts. And each of these parts have to go seamlessly together to have a cohesive finished production. Hair and makeup are key components to the overall style of any look; bridal, editorial or everyday. Makeup Artist and Hair Dresser, Nicci Gaona of the Love of Hair Studio set the tone of the over all look by capturing the natural beauty of the model and the essence of the bohemian bride.
THE SIGNS
Each one of us longs for uniqueness and someone to understand that which is unique in us. Summer has captured each of her clients’ uniqueness in hemp and wood. Hemp and Wood‘s custom signs are the spark of our collaboration. Who would have thought that something as simple as hemp and wood could bring new people together to create something so stunning. Inspiration comes from everywhere all the time. All each of us has to do is pay attention.
Hemp and Wood is providing complimentary wedding sign rentals from their Wedding Collection to local photographers. The goal is to build a community with other creatives while providing a more memorable experience for the photographer’s clients. FLORALS & JEWELRY
What I love the most about creatives is their ability to create outside their comfort zones or noted skill set. Destiny Conner is the perfect example…. Destiny of Destiny Conner Jewelry made all the florals and custom necklace. Destiny is a jewelry designer not a florist and yet who would have known if I didn’t just spill the beans, But I had to. It’s her creativity and freedom to try new things that gave us beautiful color and texture to complete our bohemian bride.
THE STYLIST
When each creative has brought their specific skill to the collaboration, it’s my job to bring all the details together for a cohesive look the photographer can capture.
A gorgeous picture takes a team of talented and creative people that work well together. I am so happy to have been part of this amazing group of people.
