Effortless Updo Perfect for Fine Hair

This is one of my favorite effortless updo’s, and it’s great for fine hair. Effortless, easy, with a little bling and volume, makes it perfect for New Year’s Eve (or anytime you need an updo). An elastic headband helps to keep volume for fine hair. We all know how difficult it is for fine hair to keep volume.
Prep hair with with texture spray.
Curl hair with large (1 inch or larger) barrel curling iron.
After curling hair, add volume dust. Make sure to rub it into the roots until dust disappears.

Place elastic/crystal (see below). Make adjustments to volume based on your preference.
Take one inch section, starting at the front of your hair, and tuck section into headband.
Once you’ve done the first section go to the other side of your hair and repeat. Make sure to go back and forth from one side to the other to insure even results.
Yes it’s really that simple!
