From Booties to Sandals, I can’t get Enough Fringe Shoes

Fringe shoes are my new MUST HAVE! Last year it was all about fringe everything, but this year I’m focused on fringe shoes. I’m a sucker for shoes (my personal drug of choice): boots, booties, flats, sandals, slides, you name it and I want them, and this year I want them fringy.
