Katie Dunlop was born and raised in Carlsbad California and has been living with her husband in Orange County for the last three years. Growing up in California, staying active should have been easy, but once college hit Katie struggled to stay in shape and eat healthy. After years of unhealthy habits, Katie decided enough was enough, it was time for a change! With plenty of research, dietary changes and a new regular workout schedule; Katie lost the 45 extra pounds that had added up over the years. A new passion for healthy and fitness led Katie to become a Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor.
