An Unexpected Pairing

Regardless of personal style we all want to get the most out of our wardrobe. This is why looking at your clothing with fresh eyes is so important. Now I admit this is not easy at first, but at this point in fashion there is no excuse for finding inspiration that suits your personal style. Fashion bloggers, style websites, youtube, and if you still get them, magazines, are great resources for style inspiration. Dresses over denim.

I’ve said this before and I’ll say it many many times again, style it’s not about shopping. It’s about wearing your clothing in a way that is unique to you. Most of the times it’s the little things that will set your look apart, even if it’s “trendy”. Many women have a special piece of jewelry or cool vintage piece, these are the type of items that make a look yours. Also, it’s the way you “wear” your clothing. For example, I almost always shove the sleeve of my jackets up to my elbows. I also have a tendency not to button the cuffs of my blouses. Those are just two examples of styling. We haven’t have even begun to talk about tucking, layering, pant cuffs, or silhouettes, just to name a few things each of us can do to tweak our wardrobe.
